Launching multiple programs, documents or web pages

The Hot Key commands are typically carried out by pressing the Windows (Win) key plus another key.

1. Press Win + h to open the Hot Keys folder
2. Double-click the Run folder to open it
3. Create the text file
   The name of the file is the second key to press with the Win key to activate it.
   For example, F1.txt (Win + F1 to activate), or k.txt (Win + k activate).
4. Enter the full path to the program, document or a web page (one per line) and save the file
   Example: the following will open a web page and the calculator with the single keystroke:
        http://www.c-point.com
        calc.exe
5. Restart Hot Keys

Speedy form filling

To define the text to fill for each key press:

1. Press Win + h to open the Hot Keys folder
2. Double click MyProfile folder and MyProfile.txt file to open it
3. Make changes and save

Note that the format is always: letter = explanation = text to insert
For example: w = web page = http://www.c-point.com
In the example above, the text ‘http://www.c-point.com’ will be inserted into your working document when you type the letter ‘w’

To fill the form using single keystrokes:

1. Press Win + f to activate form filling
2. Use single keystrokes to fill out the form (in a web page, Word document, PDF, notepad, or any other application)
3. Press Win + f again to deactivate form filling

Inserting reusable text via global hot menu

To add more items to the global menu:

1. Press Win + h to open the Hot Keys folder
2. Double click the Menu folder to open it
3. Create a text file (give it a meaningful name), write the content and save

To invoke the global menu from any application, press Win + m and select the file. The text is inserted instantly.

The only thing that you and I have in short supply is time.

2. Global menu
   With the global menu, you can insert predefined text into Word, web page, Notepad or any other application. A fantastic time-saver!
   You activate the global menu with a single keystroke, and it pops up on screen ready to help you regardless of the application you’re running.
   This is ideal for inserting your signature, greetings, giving answers to frequently asked questions, and all other situations whereby you use the same piece of text over and over again. 3. Form-filling
   It is amazing as to
