Well, after being pressed for time for months, I decided to finally do something about it, and the first thing to do was to record and measure the amount of time for all the activities in front of the computer, and not just for me, but for my entire team. 1. Multi-launcher
   Quite simply, this allows you to open multiple applications, documents or websites at once. In today’s world, we almost never work with a single application alone, we use groups of applications or groups of websites, depending on what we want to do. For example, if you’re looking for free images for your website, you might want to open all of your favorite websites at once with the free images, so that you can search for the one that suits you best.
   Another example – when I want to do some website work, I always open a group of 4 programs at ones:
   • Dreamweaver – for general web page editing
   • JavaScript Editor – for all PHP and JavaScript coding
   • Animator Professional – for special effects, and
   • Photo Magic (now part of Animator) – for screen captures and retouching the images.
      
2. Global menu
   With the global menu, you can insert predefined text into Word, web page, Notepad or any other application. A fantastic time-saver!
   You activate the global menu with a single keystroke, and it pops up on screen ready to help you regardless of the application you’re running.
   This is ideal for inserting your signature, greetings, giving answers to frequently asked questions, and all other situations whereby you use the same piece of text over and over again. Where previously you had to do search-open-select-copy-paste, Hot Keys lets you do the same in one second.
    
3. Form-filling
   It is amazing as to
   how much time we spend filling forms. Firefox and other browsers have tools to assist you in filling forms, but once you’re out of a browser you’re on your own. Well, forms come in PDFs, text files, Word files, spreadsheets – and luckily Hot Keys helps you fill out forms no matter which application you’re using.
   This is done through the single keystroke action that is unique to Hot Keys.
