PhpGiggle: automated keyword linking

PhpGiggle searches the plain text or a HTML string for the keywords you define, and replaces them with links to the URLSs you define.

phpGiggle takes care that no replacement inside an HTML tags is made, and also avoids matching keywords which were found inside of pre-existing anchor tag.
