*= Operator

The (*=) operator is use to multiply a number by another number.

Syntax

result *= expression

The *= operator syntax has these parts:

Part	Description
result	Any variable.
expression	Any expression.

Example

Using the *= operator is exactly the same as specifying:

result = result * expression
