Ordering process for C Point products

Security
Orders for C Point products are processed by the ShareIt registration service. Your transaction is secure: important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. are protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient.

All of the data entered on the protected pages is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

You can tell that SSL is activated if you see a closed padlock (in the lower left or right corner of the browser window, depending on the browser you are using).

Step 1 - The Order page
Please go to our order page page at: http://www.c-point.com/secure2.htm

Step 2 - Select a product
Add to cart. You will then be taken to the secure order page for the selected product.

Step 3 - Check out

Click on Checkout (or click on Continue Shopping for multiple products).

Step 4 - Your personal information
Enter your personal information. If you have an upgrade coupon or a promotional coupon, please enter it at the bottom of the page. By default, prices are listed in US$, but you can select a different payment currency on this page.

Step 5 - Your credit card details
On the next page enter your credit card details and click on Next.

Step 6 - Confirmation
The final order page will display your order information, including the regular price and the discount if there is any (if you are upgrading an existing version, or if you have entered a promotional coupon). Click on Order to complete the order and sent it for processing.

Speed of processing
The processing of your order is usually done within seconds, but can take up to few minutes. During this process, do not click on Order again, which may send another order. After your order has been processed, your receipt, license and registration will be displayed on screen. A copy will also be sent to the email you specified.

In all but a few cases order processing is very fast and you will receive the receipt, license and registration to your email account within 5 minutes. In rare cases only, there might be a problem with automated credit card validation, and your order will have to be completed manually. If you still have not received your license and registration 24 hours after placing your order, please contact our customer support.

Privacy
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties, sold, or rented, unless we have received your express authorization to do so or are legally obligated to forward such data.

Your payment information will be treated as strictly confidential and forwarded neither to third parties uninvolved in payment processing, nor to the vendor, unless we are legally obligated to do so.
