In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

IMPORTANT: Please do NOT use GMAIL email addresses to open support tickets. Gmail uses aggressive filtering, and if the message is blocked at the server level, you will never see it in your 'in' folder, or your 'spam' folder, or any other folder.

Please white-list the C Point Support email and because of the time difference, depending on where in the world you are, allow 12 hours for the response from our support team.
